started his career with Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income / Derivative Products Division in London. In 1995 Mr. Kind joined Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt where he was responsible for product development and marketing of structured fixed income products as well as alternative assets. In 1997 Mr. Kind joined Value Management & Research, a German VC and investment management company, which he helped taking public in 1998. At Value Management Mr. Kind was responsible for the company’s telecoms VC portfolio. Mr. Kind is also one of the founding members of Acxit Capital Management and has worked closely together with Mr. Lucas in several fund raising, capital markets and M&A transactions since the company’s inception. In 1999 Mr. Kind was also one of the founding members of STAR 21 Networks, which he later joined as a Director in the corporate finance department. Mr. Kind studied business administration at the University of Paderborn. During his studies Mr. Kind worked for 9 months as a consultant associate for Siemens AG (New York, USA) in the internal Siemens Business Consulting unit. |
