is an experienced industry specialist with a strong background in finance. Marco gained broad industry knowledge and extensive international project experience as a management consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants before joining Acxit Capital Management in 2008 in India.
Marco started his career in Corporate Banking at Dresdner Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson's Global Equity Group in London. He later joined ifa systems AG where we worked on the closing of financing rounds and the preparation of the Group's IPO.
In 2005 Marco joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich as a Senior Management Consultant focusing on various industry sectors like Engineered Products & High Tech, Capital Goods, Telecommunications, Media and Financial Services. During the three years of consulting Marco gained extensive experience in strategy evaluation and business planning, cost reduction and restructuring programs, process optimization and organizational development, due diligence as well as post merger integration topics. During his time with Roland Berger Marco also worked extensively with clients in India and the ASEAN region where he gained extensive local industry experience especially in the Indian market.
Marco holds a master degree in Business Administration with specialization in Corporate Finance from Humboldt-University, Berlin.
Marco joined Acxit Capital Management in 2008 to head Acxit's Indian operations in Mumbai.
