As of February 2016, leading real estate corporate finance advisory firm First Capital Partners has merged with ACXIT Capital Partners to become ACXIT Real Estate.
First Capital Partners (FCP) was founded in 2004 in Frankfurt. Over the last years FCP has developed a unique sector expertise in real estate M&A and debt/financing advisory services for German and international commercial property owners and institutional investors. FCP has successfully closed numerous landmark transactions in its sector with corresponding deal volumes of more than EUR 2bn.
Going forward, First Capital Partners will operate as the newly formed ACXIT Real Estate with operations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In addition to M&A services, ACXIT Real Estate offers in particular customized debt and financing advisory services to its international real estate clients.
Through this real estate advisory focused business combination with FCP, ACXIT Capital Partners will continue to expand and complement both its renowned industry expertise and its wide product range, further strengthening its position as a leading independent investment banking advisory firm in the German speaking countries. Clients of ACXIT Capital Partners and First Capital Partners will benefit from a larger pool of high-caliber professionals, wider industry coverage and additional product offerings as well as increasing quality deal flow.
