Frankfurt am Main, 08 July 2020. ACXIT Capital Partners, a leading independent European corporate finance and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of senior banker Lars T. Rückert to its financial sponsor practice. He is one of the bespoken industry experts in this field with profound understanding of corporate finance, M&A and capital markets as well as special experience in portfolio company management in the consumer/retail and e-commerce sector.
Before joining ACXIT Capital Partners, Lars Rückert headed the M&A and Investor Relations department of the leading European selective beauty retailer Douglas, a CVC portfolio asset. In this capacity, he played an important role in strengthening the Company’s e-commerce leadership through the strategic acquisitions of Parfumdreams and Niche Beauty. Furthermore, he helped to significantly improve Douglas’ capital markets readiness. Prior to his role at Douglas, Lars was a senior banker at Morgan Stanley, where he began his banking career in 2004, adding up to more than 16 years of experience. Lars graduated from EBS Business School with a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2004.
As a Managing Director, Lars will promote the expansion of the financial sponsor business at ACXIT with the objective to reinforce its leading market position. With his ample experience in both banking as well as within a private equity portfolio company, Lars will help ACXIT clients with bespoke solutions to achieve their financial aspirations.
