The group of investors around Nordwind Capital (together referred to as “Nordwind Capital”) have invested in Products Up GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Productsup” or “the Company”), a leading software-as-a-service provider for efficient product data marketing. Supported by its new shareholder, the Company will further expand and accelerate its international expansion.
With its market launch in 2013, Productsup’s platform has revolutionized the market for product master data management. Today the Company enables its customers to efficiently and optimally integrate large sets of product data at a large variety of marketing and sales channels such as Google Shopping and affiliate networks. This improves data quality and hence the visibility of products across all digital channels. The Company was able to expand internationally and to win several large, international clients.
The transaction comprises additional growth capital to finance the Company’s international expansion. The founder and management team will stay with the Company and remain the largest single shareholder.
