Philosophy and Approach
ACXIT Capital Partners is owned by its partners. Highest ethical and professional standards create a strong partnership and client orientated firm culture. Our firm’s overall approach is guided by the following underlying principles:
Commitment to clients
We believe in long-term relationships, allowing for a clear understanding of our clients’ strategies. We have a genuine interest in the businesses of our clients. We believe in few but key relationships in each sector and we do not ‘play the field’. We follow a client partnership approach with repeat business. As the partners of our firm own the business we are interested in long-term success. A flexible operating structure ensures that no transaction is too large or too small.
No conflicts of interest
We provide objective advice and are free from the conflicts that can arise from a multi-product, integrated platform. We focus on one or two clients in each sector with compatibility – hence avoiding conflicts. We do not sell products, but deliver tailor-made solutions for issues or creating value. Our business is based on long-term client relationships, hence we do not depend on transactions.
Our senior bankers are involved in transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring that our clients benefit from their experience and expertise at all stages of corporate and investor decision making and execution. We base our client relationships on personal affinity and consistent service to clients.
Our advisory expertise is closely linked to deep knowledge in several focus sectors of our business.
We understand to use highly confidential information and use the trust of our clients with care and utmost discretion.
We strive to provide our clients with innovative, well considered ideas and solutions. The firm combines boutique creativity with top delivery reach and resources normally associated with larger firms.
Client advice is provided through a 360 degree approach looking both at private wealth issues as well as corporate deals. We look holistically at clients’ needs and transactions, from an M&A, equity and debt markets point of view; capital markets and investor expertise is fully embedded in our skill set.

Steps for children
In March 2006, Dr. Michael Hoppe initiated the first aid project in northern Namibia for the foundation “steps for children”. As of today, up to 600 children are supported in their kindergarten, preschool and afternoon groups on five project sites. The project mainly takes care of traumatized children and adolescents in need, often also affected by the occurrence of HIV/AIDS in their families.
Steps for children differentiates itself from other aid projects by its “steps”, which are small, financially independent and profitable businesses, contributing to the social projects. In the long run, the aid projects are envisaged to run completely independent from donations and development aid.
The foundation aims to open a new perspective for children and adolescents by providing them with long-time support in their education and practical training – enabling them to help themselves to a better future.
ACXIT Capital Partners is proud to contribute to this great project!
