ACXIT Capital Partners, a leading independent European corporate finance advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Stippler to Managing Director. Christian has successfully executed numerous transactions at ACXIT and will strongly contribute to ACXIT’s further growth in his new role.
Christian Stippler joined ACXIT in 2010 and most recently was active as Executive Director. In this role, Christian has successfully advised founders and management teams as well as corporate and financial investors on disposals, acquisitions, and financing rounds as well as debt financing.
Christian has greatly supported the firm’s advisory business in its core sectors general industries and technology. In most recent years, Christian was predominantly active in the healthcare and fintech segment but has also advised on various industrial German midmarket situations.
Given his comprehensive know-how, transaction experience and network, Christian will further advance ACXIT’s strategic expansion in his new role as Managing Director.
