ACXIT Capital Partners, a leading independent European corporate finance advisory firm, is expanding its Recovery Practice and announces the appointment of Dr. Daniel Kiechle as Managing Director. Dr. Kiechle is a specialist in distressed M&A and has successfully advised on numerous complex M&A transactions.
Daniel joined ACXIT in 2014 and most recently served as Executive Director. He is a proven expert in distressed M&A, traditional mid-cap M&A as well as complex transactions. Daniel has successfully advised on a number of transactions in the past, most recently leading the sale of the listed automotive supplier Nanogate SE to the US-based Techniplas Group out of insolvency.
Daniel studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and received his doctorate in business valuation from the University of Hohenheim. Before joining ACXIT, he worked for Metzler Corporate Finance, among other firms.
