ACXIT Capital Partners, a leading international corporate finance and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of senior technology advisor Marcel Kuhs to its team. Marcel is a serial entrepreneur with a profound background in the blockchain/crypto-space who will enforce ACXIT’s technology focus areas.
Marcel Kuhs is a software developer and a studied sound-engineer with an extensive knowledge in the IT-sector as well as in blockchain- and radio engineering technology. He is an expert for technical analysis of due-diligence assessments, competitive intelligence and app-development.
As an entrepreneur he co-founded seatback, the first decentralized DOOH platform in Europe; AZHOS AG, a Smart Contract Platform for automated financing of chemical bulk solids; as well as most recently Lunik Labs GmbH, a business consultancy engaging in digitization projects, cryptocurrency and blockchain systems. As a partner of John McAfee, he analyzed the European market for blockchain start-ups. In 2020, he became the CTO at blockchain PropTech company/start-up RTX 21.
His current focus lies on PropTech, Bitcoin, CYBINT/OSINT & competitive intelligence and the development of digital ecosystems.
As Senior Technology Advisor, Marcel Kuhs will lend his valuable expertise to the technology & digitalization practice and enhance ACXIT’s unique global network of strategic and financial investors as well as entrepreneurs and management teams.
