Vienna-based Payment Service Provider mPAY24 sold
Vienna, July 08, 2015. Founder and former paysafecard CEO Michael Müller acquires the company.
Vienna-based Payment Service Provider (PSP) mPAY24 announces a change in ownership. Its founder and CEO Tom Wolf will step down. As the company has announced on Wednesday the founder and former CEO of paysafecard, Michael Müller, acquired 100% of the shares in a tender process. The purchase price has not been announced.

mPAY24 was founded in 1995 and since 2002 provides payment services to e-commerce shops as a PSP. According to the company, mPAY24 has more than 1,600 clients and 14 employees.
