Vienna-based Payment Service Provider (PSP) mPAY24 announces a change in ownership. Its founder and CEO Tom Wolf will step down. As the company has announced on Wednesday the founder and former CEO of paysafecard, Michael Müller, acquired 100% of the shares in a tender process. The purchase price has not been announced.
ACXIT Capital Partners acted as exclusive M&A adviser to the shareholder of mPAY24.
