Frankfurt, March 2020. Medical Senioren-Park Holding GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Essen, has set the course for the future and arranged its corporate succession with the support of Quadriga Capital. ACXIT Capital Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Medical Senioren-Park.
The Medical Senioren-Park Group is a family business founded by Rita and Tadeusz Cymerman with around 800 employees. Over the past 20 years, the company has specialized in the acquisition, construction and operation of care facilities and real estate. The group owns five care facilities with over 550 beds in Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria as well as a rehabilitation clinic providing treatment for women with addiction problems with over 60 therapy places in Rhineland-Palatinate.
To ensure a sustainable corporate succession in the interest of residents and employees, Quadriga Capital will take over the operations of Medical Senioren-Park. Kathrin Ludwig, managing director, has been with the care provider for almost 20 years and will continue to manage the operational business. The previous owners Rita and Tadeusz Cymerman will retain close ties with the company.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
