ACXIT Capital Partners, a leading independent European corporate finance and investment advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tobias Warkus to Managing Partner. Tobias has successfully executed numerous transactions at ACXIT Capital Partners and will continue to accelerate the strategic expansion of ACXIT within the tech & education sectors.
Tobias Warkus has been part of the ACXIT team for more than 12 years, and has been driving the expansion of the firm in the tech & education sectors as Managing Director of ACXIT’s tech practice. He focuses on transactions within a range of sub sectors including software, fintech, online businesses & education. Tobias has comprehensive transaction, investment and M&A experience and successfully advised on more than 30 international transactions with an accumulated volume of more than EUR 1bn during his career at ACXIT Capital Partners.
Tobias’ promotion to Managing Partner will further foster ACXIT’s strongly growing tech practice, where he will focus on transactions in his core sectors.
